I hereby grant permission to Morgan Hill United FC LLC and Performance Soccer Training to use, reproduce, and publish photographs taken of me or my child in connection with club activities.

I understand that Morgan Hill United FC LLC and Performance Soccer Training retain full copyright ownership of the photographs. I grant them a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these images for promotional, educational, and informational purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, and advertising.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any financial compensation or royalties for the use of these photographs.
